Terms & Conditions
By attending the event you are consenting to the following terms and conditions;
- All attendees under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a responsible parent or guardian (18+). Young people aged 16–17 may only enter the festival when accompanied by a parent or guardian, even if they hold a valid ticket.
We operate a strict maximum ratio of three under-18s per responsible parent or guardian. Entry may be refused if this policy is not met.
- Please note Day Ticket holders may need to queue for re-entry.
- Tickets CANNOT be swapped, E.g. we cannot swap a Friday to a Saturday, or a Saturday to a Sunday ticket.
- Carers/companion tickets – proof of documentation e.g. PIP letter needs to be sent directly to info@pooleharbourfestival.com Please kindly note, the final date to apply for a carers ticket is 4 weeks prior to the event – 2nd July 2027.
- What can I bring to the event?
You cannot bring your own food and drink into the festival. If you have specific dietary requirements please email us prior to the event info@pooleharbourfestival.com
- You are consenting for yourselves and your children to appear in any photos and videos we use in future promotions.
- We operate a no refund policy on all tickets, but will look to resolve any issues.
- We will not tolerate physical or verbal abuse to our customers or staff, if you affect other customers’ enjoyment of the event you will be removed from the event and no refund will be given.
- The line up is subject to change, with so many acts booked there are sometimes issues beyond our control.
- The Organisers of Poole Harbour Festival reserve the right to refuse admission to the ticket holder, if they are intoxicated, under the influence of drugs or a safety risk to the audience.
- Strictly no illegal substances or ‘Legal Highs’ will be permitted into the site, possession of either may lead to your ejection from the festival.
- No offensive items – no weapons, knives, petrol or substances hazardous to health (if found with these, you will be asked to leave the site).
- If you look young enough to be under 25, you will be asked for ID, when purchasing alcohol. We operate the ‘Challenge 25’ policy.
- Lost children will be taken to the information trailer situated at the main entrance.
- All lost property will be taken to the information trailer, situated at the main entrance to the event.
- No alcohol, soft drinks or food is permitted to be taken into the festival.
- Please note the majority of the traders will be card only.
- Cash will be required for funfair rides and will be accepted at the main bars.
- You can bring camping chairs and picnic blankets to sit down and relax on. To avoid blocking sight-lines and walkways, the following are strictly prohibited – gazebos, tents, wigwams, bivvies, yurts, marquees, big top tents and pagodas.

The below items are prohibited, will be confiscated and discarded. The right to confiscate any items not listed below deemed to be inappropriate or undermine the security or safety of the festivsl is reserved.
- Aerosols
- Air Horns
- Alcohol
- Animals (including dogs, but with the exception of guide dogs)
- Any goods for unauthorised trading
- Bikes
- Cable Ties
- Camping Equipment, including camping stoves, gas and liquid fuels
- Candles
- Chains and Padlocks
- Disposable BBQ
- Drone or Unmanned Aerial Vehicles
- Excessive amounts of Cigarettes
- Fires
- Fire Lighters
- Fire Wood
- Flares/fireworks
- Food and drink (there will be plenty of varied food/beverage stalls on
- site)
- Gazebos
- Generators
- Glass/sharp objects
- Hi Vis Jackets
- Illegal substances/legal highs
- Kites
- Klaxons
- Knives
- Lasers – portable and pens
- Liquids (unless medication with supporting documentation)
- Medications (unless in sealed, unbroken packaging)
- Megaphones
- New Psychoactive substances
- Nitrous Oxide and/or affiliated equipment
- Paper lanterns or sky lanterns
- Professional photographic, video or recording equipment
- Pyrotechnics
- Scooters
- Selfie Sticks
- Smoke Bombs
- Sound Systems / Drums
- Spay Cans
- Umbrellas
- Weapons
