  • If you would like to purchase a VIP luxury toilet upgrade, you can buy a day or a weekend pass via our ticket page.

    Please kindly note – Our luxury toilet units are accessed via steps, so they are unfortunately not suitable for wheelchair users or anyone who has difficulty using stairs.

  • Please note the majority of the traders will be card only.
    Cash will be required for funfair rides and will be accepted at the main bars.

    You can bring camping chairs and picnic blankets to sit down and relax on. To avoid blocking sight-lines  and walkways, the following are strictly prohibited – gazebos, tents, wigwams, bivvies, yurts, marquees, big top tents and pagodas.

    The following are strictly prohibited – gazebos, tents, wigwams, bivvies, yurts, large umbrellas.

  • Yes, we have plenty of water refill stations located on the main bars. You can bring an empty refillable water bottle and refill!

  • There are two types of Child tickets, ages 5-15 and ages 0-5 years.

    All attendees under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a responsible parent or guardian (18+). Young people aged 16–17 may only enter the festival when accompanied by a parent or guardian, even if they hold a valid ticket.

    We operate a strict maximum ratio of three under-18s per responsible parent or guardian. Entry may be refused if this policy is not met.

  • There is no parking specifically for the festival. The closest car parks are the multi-storey car parks located in Poole Town Centre. Alternatively, you can opt to use our shuttle bus services linking Bournemouth and Poole. Further information regarding our shuttle bus services can be found here.

  • Please kindly note, applications for carers/companion tickets are now closed.

    We do offer a free carers/companions tickets, you’ll need to email us directly with proof of documentation e.g. PIP letter to info@pooleharbourfestival.com Please kindly note, the final date to apply for a carer/companion ticket is 4 weeks prior to the event – 2nd July 2027.

  • We have plenty of accessible toilets located around the festival site.

    We also have an accessible viewing platform. To access this please collect a wristband from the information point. Please kindly note, space is limited on the accessible viewing platform and it is a first come first serve basis. Wristbands are limited to one person, and their allocated carer.

    If you require accessible parking, the two closest car parks; Harbourside 1 and 2 have a very limited amount of accessible spaces.

  • Reusable Festival Cup – Pre-Purchase

    Help reduce waste and enjoy your drinks in our official reusable festival cup. Pre-purchase yours now and collect it when you arrive at the festival.

    Your cup can be used throughout the weekend at the main festival bars and makes a great keepsake to take home afterwards. By choosing a reusable cup, you’re helping us reduce single-use waste and make the festival more sustainable.

    Please note: This is a pre-purchase item and must be collected on arrival at the festival. One cup per purchase.
    Your cup will not be replaced for a new one every time you purchase a drink. 

  • We love dogs but as Poole Harbour Festival has grown over the years, we have come to the decision, that the festival is no longer the right environment for our four legged friends. We really hope you understand and respect our decision that we will no longer be a dog friendly festival.

  • We now have offsite camping available, with a free shuttle bus service www.pooleharbourfestival.com/camping

  • No, unfortunately no food or drink can be taken into the event. With the exception of baby food, snacks for toddlers & dietary requirements.

  • Under 18’s will need to be accompanied by an adult. You will require a form of ID to purchase alcohol if you look under 25.

  • Yes, you can contact us by using our contact us page.

  • If you haven’t received your booking confirmation, the most common reason is that you have typed in your email address incorrectly on your order. All booking confirmations are sent to the Ticket Buyer’s email address.

    If you are unable to log in to your Ticket Tailor account, please contact info@pooleharbourfestival.com and we will resolve the issue as quick as possible.

  • You can if you want, or you can show us your email confirmation on your phone.

  • If you have purchased a weekend ticket, you will be issued with a ‘weekend’ wristband, please keep this on throughout the duration of the weekend. If you have purchased a ‘day’ ticket, and you’d like to exit the event, and return later on that day, you will be issued with a wristband, so you can return, this wristband MUST be put on, and KEPT on for you to regain entry. Any reentry wristbands that look tampered with, will be refused entry.
